Role: Instructional Designer
Problem: Employees are lacking the necessary knowledge to recognize and appropriately respond to CEO Fraud scams, which lead to potential financial loss, data breaches, and reputational damage.

Solution: There is an urgent need for comprehensive employee training to enhance their understanding and recognition of CEO Fraud Scams, equipping them with the correct course of action once receiving these emails, and fostering a culture of security awareness, thereby protecting the organization's resources and reputation.

e-Learning with Articulate Rise
Role: Instructional Designer
Problem: In our increasingly digital society, seniors often encounter difficulties in utilizing artificial intelligence tools such as ChatGPT due to lack of exposure and thier understanding of these technologies.

Need: There exists an important need to bridge this digital divide by designing targeted, user-friendly, and accessible training programs on ChatGPT. This can assist seniors to enhance their digital literacy, promote their independence, and expand their capacity to engage effectively with our ever-evolving digital world.

Problem: This training addresses the challenge of providing security awareness for plant employees without computer access.

Solution: The solution is a training program for plant environments, utilizing an instructor-led approach and a group activity. Conducted on-site, it emphasizes practical learning and engagement. This was to adapt to the specific needs and context of the workforce.
